2.2. All Services are delivered online (via video calls, messaging, digital communication).
2.3. Our Services are informational and advisory only. We do not guarantee specific financial, business, or commercial results.
3. Digital Product Disclaimer
3.1. All Services are considered digital products and digital services.
3.2. Once access to the Service is granted (including scheduling, calls, mentoring access, or messaging support), the Service is deemed fully or partially delivered.
4. Payments
4.1. All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are payable in full before the Service begins.
4.2. Payments are processed via third-party payment providers. We do not store payment card details.
4.3. You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges imposed by your payment provider or local authorities.
5. No Refund Policy
5.1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
5.2. Due to the digital nature of our Services:

6. Scheduling & Attendance
6.1. You are responsible for attending scheduled calls and sessions.
6.2. Missed sessions, late arrivals, or failure to attend do not qualify for refunds or rescheduling, unless explicitly agreed in writing at our sole discretion.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

8. Limitation of Liability

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business or personal information shared during the Services.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to the Services without refund if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive, unlawful, or unethical behavior.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
